Shareholders of the National Real Estate Bank for Development approved bonus shares to be distributed at 1-for-8.

The company posted net profits of EGP 6.9 million for 2014, compared with EGP 15.9 million for the previous year.

National Real Estate is capitalised at EGP 46.8 million, distributed across 4.6 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
